Joining a respected and innovative, concept to delivery, product development and manufacturing business in this senior technical role, mentoring and developing a small technical team and being the customer interface.
You will talk through and take ownership of all technical questions and issues that arrive through both the development and post launch process and manage these projects through experienced internal teams.
Having a technical grounding will be essential, ideally gained across a broad mix of personal care product categories, combined with the commercial presence and personality to manage key stakeholder relationships through all stages of the development process.
