As we begin a month of plastic free pledges for #plasticfreejuly sustainable fibre manufacturer Lenzing has unveiled a new certification criteria for its personal care textiles, which aims to reduce the amount of plastic used in products in the sector.

Veocel is made from plant and biodegradable fibres and its logo will now only be featured on personal care and beauty products that are made from 100% cellulosic and biodegradable materials.
