Renewed aims surrounding animal testing were made public at the third review of the IDEA project

The fragrance industry confirmed its commitment to finding an alternative to animal testing at the third review of the IDEA project (the International Dialogue for the Evaluation of Allergens).

“Consumers in more and more countries around the world are demanding that animals not be used for the safety testing of consumer products,” Pierre Sivac, President of IFRA, told Cosmetics Business. . . .
