Every spa aims to pamper the customer, so that they exit the premises with a greater feeling of wellbeing than when they entered. When establishing the Lush Spas, however, we wanted to take this further – to create an experience for clients and therapists alike that is uniquely ‘Lush’, both in terms of experience and ethics.

Like the products sold in Lush stores, the fresh handmade treatments used at Lush Spas are viewed as ‘formulas’ and we have a unique approach to teaching them. Each bespoke treatment can take up to one year for our in-house development team to create; attention to detail goes into every element of the creation process, as we are not only developing massage techniques, but also special products and individual scores of music for each.
