They are looking for a highly capable Head of Manufacturing to oversee the end-to-end operations and production of a North London based semi-automated manufacturing site. Within this role you will lead and motivate an operations team of roughly 60 people and you will report directly to the CEO.
You will be involved from sourcing materials and components, planning production, forward planning of labour to ensuring best practice, health and safety and quality controls.
