With extensive experience heading up quality, preferably within the beauty sector, you will report directly to the CFO and work alongside R&D, Supply Chain and the Manufacturing and Logistics team to build, implement and continuously improve the global end to end quality system.
You will be responsible for continually reviewing and updating the quality processes and procedures to mitigate quality issues and ensure compliance with ISO 22716. You will also investigate value engineering options for cost savings (with zero quality impact) or potential quality improvements at no cost.
The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, working cross- functionally to build strong relationships internally whilst nurturing your team to influence and inspire optimum and accurate results. You will be working in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment that is entering an exciting new period of growth. The successful candidate will be someone who can drive continuous improvement and ensure company quality standards are met at pace with the company’s wider growth.
A clean driving licence, or the ability to travel easily between the brand’s main site in North West London to the other site in Buckinghamshire is essential.
