As Head of Sales, this is a wonderful opportunity to lead a small, high performing sales team whilst personally driving key accounts and converting new premium customers across the UK and via distributors on an International. Based in or around London the role will be 100% remote and will require you to lead weekly sales meetings at a London venue.

My client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager able to apply their proven luxury sector experience within Beauty, Retail or perhaps Hospitality. A strong leader able to manage and motivate their team to deliver excellent results. Coach team members; providing guidance with customer sales plans; attend key meetings both to present and secure business as well as review levels of service.

Managing budgets and financial reporting. Attending industry events, travelling Internationally when required.
