The scents are available in Sun Song, Cactus Garden and Afternoon Swim

French fashion house Louis Vuitton has released a trio of fragrances, paying homage to the southern Californian city of Los Angeles.

In collaboration with LA-based master perfumer Jacques Cavallier-Belletrud, the new eau de parfums include Sun Song, Cactus Garden and Afternoon Sun.

Sun Song, according to Cavallier-Belletrud is “sun in a bottle”, blended with notes of orange blossom, citron and musk.

Cactus Garden features notes of matte tea, bergamot and lemongrass and is said to represent the contrast between wet and dry.

Meanwhile, Afternoon Swim, housed in a brilliant blue bottle, is infused with orange, bergamot and mandarin for “a shot of vitamin C,” said Cavallier-Belletrud.

LA-based artist Alex Israel was responsible for the packaging design, which will be available in Louis Vuitton stores from 11 April.
