Working within the New Product Development department of this revolutionary company in all matters relating to product development and product lifecycle management from concept to shelf.

This is a busy role where your experience in beauty brand / new product marketing NPD will assist you to identify, develop and commercialise new products and renovate core products to enhance the brand innovation. Liaising daily with all internal teams and external suppliers to check on costings, budgets and brief progression. You’re a tough negotiator and able to develop long term relationships with key suppliers.

Your major duties will be to manage development of new makeup products as well as work with chemists/labs on formula direction by evaluating and providing timely and thorough feedback on submissions.

You constantly are using your eye very much on current trends and competitor activity to be able plan where you can take your brand in the longer term. You know what works and what won’t.
