National Account Manager - Surrey/Hybrid role – 2/3 Days in the Office - Up to £50,000 + Bonus


Work with a well established Beauty and Personal care company

Lavandi Talent are currently working with a fantastic, well established Beauty and Personal care company. They’re currently looking for a National / Key Account Manager to manage and grow their existing accounts.

Experience with either any Online or Pure Players beauty accounts or Boots, Superdrug would be ideal.

The Role:

  • Manage and Grow key customers to deliver financial Targets and contribute to the delivery of the overall BU targets
  • Visiting partners regularly to review progress, provide strategic guidance for future growth and ensure brand guidelines are maintained
  • Assisting in the design and development of sales objectives and targets and achieving agreed sales targets and outcomes
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Commercially astute with the ability to develop plans and deliver them.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong Interpersonal and relationship-building capability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be driven to achieve results
  • Ability to work under pressure
