Lavandi Talent are currently working with a fantastic, well established Beauty and Personal care company. They’re currently looking for a National / Key Account Manager to manage and grow their existing accounts.

Experience with either any Online or Pure Players beauty accounts or Boots, Superdrug would be ideal.

The Role:

Manage and Grow key customers to deliver financial Targets and contribute to the delivery of the overall BU targets
Visiting partners regularly to review progress, provide strategic guidance for future growth and ensure brand guidelines are maintained
Assisting in the design and development of sales objectives and targets and achieving agreed sales targets and outcomes
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Commercially astute with the ability to develop plans and deliver them.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong Interpersonal and relationship-building capability
Excellent communication skills
Be driven to achieve results
Ability to work under pressure
