We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Packaging Technologist or Packaging Engineer with a future-focused company that is respected worldwide for technical innovation.
As part of an ambitious research team, you will support the development of new products from concept to delivery.
You will deliver innovative and competitive packaging solutions for new products that amaze and delight consumers. Experience with personal care, skin care, hair care, home care, air care, food or drink is essential.
A talented communicator, you will present results and recommendations based on sound statistical analysis of data, to people at all levels within the company.
You will use your knowledge of standard testing and benchmark methods to develop specific screening methods and performance metrics.
You will assist with project and technical risk management, ensuring technical action standards are met at key decision points.
You will focus on efficient and timely delivery of projects, working independently and also in collaboration with internal teams, like marketing and consumer insights, and external stakeholders. Your curiosity about consumer and business needs means you are proactive in suggesting packaging ideas and improvements, and in strengthening the technical product portfolio and funnel.
