The Hut Group (THG) is investing more than US$1bn to build a ‘landmark’ one million sqft business campus.
The project is said to be the largest of its kind in the North West of England and will spread across two sites near the Manchester Airport area.
The first will become THG’s new headquarters. Dubbed THQ, the 16.8 acres site will include office buildings totalling 280,000sqft.
