UK chemical industry voices concerns about registration data post-Brexit

Survey by the CBA found three quarters of firms do not own registration testing data to comply with REACH legislation

Three quarters of UK chemical companies could find themselves unable to register their ingredients once Britain leaves the EU.

According to a survey of the UK’s chemical supply chain by the Chemical Business Association (CBA), 75% of companies surveyed admitted they did not own the testing data for registrations they currently hold under the European Union’s REACH legislation (EU REACH).
