Noveon realigns consumer specialties to accelerate innovation and growth

The Noveon consumer specialties team of Lubrizol Advanced Materials has realigned its business management, sales, marketing and technical organisations in a move to maximise and accelerate growth initiatives, innovation and new business development and increasing focus on strategic customers around the world.


The Noveon consumer specialties team of Lubrizol Advanced Materials has realigned its business management, sales, marketing and technical organisations in a move to maximise and accelerate growth initiatives, innovation and new business development and increasing focus on strategic customers around the world.

The company says the move will enable the Noveon consumer specialties team to better serve customers and accelerate innovation by focusing commercial and technical service efforts on serving and growing existing business; ensuring that customers have dedicated, focused support in product and regional marketing management; creating a new strategic marketing business team dedicated to defining and delivering future growth opportunities, new products and new business development across all market relevant market segments; and dedicating synthesis, polymer physics and applications teams to drive innovation for current and new customers.

The new business teams will be led by:

Annie Bourgeat, who has assumed the role of global director of new business development across all segments and will pursue merger, acquisition and alliance opportunities in addition to supporting new business development.

Mary Clarke, who is named global business director, hydrocolloids and pharmaceuticals, with responsibility for global sales, marketing and technical teams.

David Kreckman, who has assumed the role of global business director, surfactants, leading the global surfactant commercial and technical teams.

Chris Murphy, who continues his leadership role as global director of research and development, focusing on leveraging technology best practices.

Steve Semenczuk, who continues as global business director for personal care and home care.

Julie Shlepr, who assumes the new role of global strategic marketing director to lead and accelerate growth and new business development initiatives across all segments.
