France based company, Parfum d'Image will increase its foothold in the US fragrance market following the acquisition of Latitudes International Fragrance this week.
By acquiring the US based contract manufacturer, who reported sales of $22m for the 12 months ending September 30, Parfum d'Image is set to increase its size by 1.5 times, helping it to increase its stake of the US market share in terms of distribution and product sales.
Indeed, by adding Latitudes to its umbrella Parfum d'Image will be adding household fragrance names such as Old Navy and Ralph Lauren into its portfolio. Likewise, the take-over will set the company in good stead to expand on its current $1.1m worth of sales it achieved in the US last year.
