Clube system offers material savings and environmental benefits
According to Plasticum, the production process, in contrast with the traditional extrusion process, enables the production of a complete product in one single production step, meaning that there is no need for additional downstream equipment. As the closure is fully integrated into the tube body, the tube shoulder is eliminated, helping save up to 40% of material. Furthermore the plastic material is completely recyclable.
