Logopak has launched a new suite of software that provides users with dedicated storage for labelling data, bar code quality control and the facility to extract and present production statistics and other data from end-of-line labelling operations.
The new Synchro-LXS suite is now used on all new Logopak machines. Labelling data files are managed on a PC, giving real-time data flow to the user, independent of the host computer from which the data was downloaded, which allows ten or more labellers to operate at maximum capacity when the host computer is engaged in other tasks.Running with Synchro-LXS is the I-Quest software, which allows users to extract production statistics, and Vigilance, which collects bar code scanner data and reports good and bad reads.
