Concept Healthcare, in collaboration with leading dermatologist Dr Russell Emerson, has launched Prototype, a combined system of a topical cream and food supplement which claims to reverse the signs of ageing.
Prototype Anti-Wrinkle Anti Age Cream and Prototype Softgel Capsules are pitched as a ‘unique and highly effective treatment containing hyaluronic acid and resveratrol, with proven anti-ageing effects within 4-6 weeks’, according to the company.
The company also claims that this is the first anti-ageing skin care supplement on the UK market to actually contain resveratrol and states that there is clinical data available to back up any anti-ageing claims it makes. Resveratrol is claimed to be 17 times more effective than Q10 as an antioxidant.
The products launch into Boots stores in June and they are already available to buy on Concept Healthcare’s own website www.skin-centre.co.uk. Prototype Softgel Capsules retail at £29.59 for 60 capsules while the Prototype Anti-Wrinkle Anti-Age Cream has an RRP of £39.49 and used in combination the dual approach should last the consumer for two months.
