Axium Process has introduced a new compact filter to its Pure-Screen range. The new filter has been designed for installation in confined spaces or where flow rates are required of up to 15,000-20,000 litres per hour.

It features a new 316 stainless steel safety clamp closure, no ‘O’ rings and is manufactured with a metal to metal seal so that the element can be removed easily and without sticking. According to Axium, it is ideally suited for applications wre the use of rubber ‘O’ rings could present a risk.

The compact filter is available as a 90-degree, in-line or straight through design, with 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, 3000 and 5000 micron interchangeable filter elements as standard. It is also designed in accordance with ASME-BPE principles and available with certification to BS EN 10204 3.1.
