Pusterla 1880 has finalised its acquisition of French packaging company Groupe Adine.
The deal includes three businesses: coffrets manufacturer Adine, printing company Chiffoleau and thermoforming specialist Thermoform.
The Italian packaging company said the Groupe Adine acquisition would help it to grow and strengthen its footprint in France, as well as consolidate its position in the luxury market.
Pusterla 1880 added that it expects the move to further improve its flexibility and agility, thanks to the companies’ complementary development and production resources.
