Rhodia completes McIntyre acquisition

Rhodia has completed its acquisition of the McIntyre Group Ltd after receiving authorisation from regulatory bodies. Rhodia says the acquisition reinforces Rhodia Novecare’s product range for personal cleansing and extends its hair care offer as well as those for home, institutional and industrial cleaning markets, particularly in developing markets like Asia-Pacific and Latin America.
