Packaging supplier Risdon has signed an agreement to acquire metal cosmetics packaging components manufacturer Decorpart Asia Suzhou Limited, a wholly foreign-owned enterprise of UK-based PD Group Limited. Located in Suzhou, China, the Decorpart Asia facility is a site with full metal forming and finishing capabilities. The agreement marks the first step in Risdon's growth strategy in Asia to help establish the company as a key player on the international stage.
