Will the singer join Coty’s celebrity fragrance line-up?


Coty is reportedly collaborating with eccentric superstar Lady GaGa on the creation of a signature scent. The fragrance is said to be ‘unusual’ but will also be consumer-friendly enough to capitalise on its rumoured 2010 holiday season launch.

Coty has declined to comment on talk of a franchise. But if the rumours are true, the beauty industry had better prepare itself for some original, even shocking scents and packaging designs, as the Bad Romance singer is as famous for her wildly theatrical costumes and stage antics as she is for her records.
