Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day sales support and operations processes, you will work to provide excellent service and supply to the company’s customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order processes from entry to shipment and invoicing
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and guidelines
- Communicate and coordinate with sales, operations, and warehouses
- Allocate inventory and resolve claims related to orders
- Provide operational support to the sales team
Experience in a supply chain or sales support role, and a working knowledge of EDI, is required. Microsoft Navision or Qlik Sense skills are an advantage.
This is a hybrid role, based 2 days each week in the central London office.
