Ireland-based self-tan and skin care brand Vita Liberata has been acquired by US specialty pharmaceutical company Crown Laboratories and private equity firm Hildred Capital Partners.
Crown Laboratories operates a portfolio of pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare products including Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen.
