The LVMH-owned beauty retailer  intends to launch new initiatives with the charitable group to celebrate diversity

Sephora UK has partnered with charity Not A Phase to support trans+ individuals.

The LVMH-owned beauty retailer said the collaboration, launched on International Trans Day of Visibility (31 March), underscores its commitment to championing inclusivity and celebrating diversity.

“Visibility is not just about being seen, it is about being recognised, valued and supported,” said Danielle St James, CEO of Not A Phase.

The trans-led charity offers a range of support, from awareness campaigns and advocacy, to projects such as free fitness and self-defence classes.

St James said the partnership is the start of “many more impactful initiatives” which will be announced in the future.

The charity, founded in 2020 in response to the challenges faced by trans+ people in the UK, also works with organisations on diversity and inclusion strategies and training.

LVMH, Jean Paul Gaultier, Revolution Beauty, Nike and Cos are among the beauty and fashion brands that already work with the group.

Sephora already partners with Face Equality International in the UK, a charity which champions the rights of people with visible differences to combat stigma and discrimination.

Shoppers can choose to donate rewards points earned through its loyalty programme MySephora.
