Women working as managers in the retail sector are being short-changed of more than £4,000 a year, according to new research.

A study conducted by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and XpertHR has revealed that significant gender pay gaps continue to impact women working in retail, finance, IT, marketing, PR/publishing and HR.
