Toly debuts rotating mascara

The latest addition to Toly’s portfolio is a rotating mascara, featuring a switch able to turn the brush in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions and an inbuilt safety switch that automatically cuts off the rotation after 90 seconds if it has accidentally been turned on.

Also new from Toly is the Zeta line, a range of two-piece compacts with snap hinges available in three sizes, and two new standard compacts: the Guangzhou Palette and the Dynamic One Touch. The Guangzhou palette contains a lid base and platform and has a six pan layout with applicator recess. Meanwhile Toly’s Dynamic One Touch line has been extended with a larger compact featuring a specially created one-handed opening system involving side push buttons and integrated dampened hinge mechanism.
