Claimed to deliver results in half the time

US beauty device maker Tria Beauty is releasing a new at-home hair removal laser which is claimed to help customers achieve rapid hair reduction in just three months – half the time it would traditionally take. The brand achieves this with the incorporation of a new ‘pulse counter’ and treatment guide which helps customers to make sure they have treated a particular area correctly and sufficiently when using the device.

The device is also claimed to use the same diode laser technology administered by professionals in salon treatments. According to Tria’s studies, the Hair Removal Laser 4X can deliver up to a 70% hair count reduction after just two treatments. Ideally suited to those with light to medium skin tones and dark hair, the device should be used every two weeks for a total of three months for optimal results.

“The Tria Hair Removal Laser 4X is the latest innovation in professional- quality, at-home solutions for our consumers,” said Tim Bunch VP/General Manager North America and Europe. “With laser hair removal being the most popular aesthetic treatment for women under the age of 35, the Tria Hair Removal Laser 4X has experienced tremendous success and vast consumer acceptance.”

Tria Beauty was founded in 2003 and has since expanded into Japan, Korea and Canada. It entered the UK in 2011 and is now available in major department stores including Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges and Space NK. The Hair Removal Laser 4X launches in May priced at £375.
