TricorBraun has completed its acquisition of Vetroelite, a supplier of premium glass packaging.
The purchase, announced in October, is part of the St. Louis, US-based company’s global expansion and boosts its European presence; it marks TricorBraun’s fourth acquisition of 2021, including the July purchase of SGB Packaging Group.
Established in 1994, Vetroelite provides premium glass solutions to the home fragrances and cosmetics industries, among others, and has a worldwide presence, operating from multiple locations across Europe and North America.
From now on, Vetroelite will operate as Vetroelite, a TricorBraun company.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
