What are ‘omics’ and how do they apply to skin care?

‘Omics’ relates to a variety of methods that aim to study nature cascades. Since, as humans, we are limited by our senses to capture ideas, structures and processes that are multi-dimensional, omics allows us to break nature down into pieces, so that we can detect and capture them and then try and assemble these in a logical, methodical manner that may reflect reality.
