BASF Beauty Care Solutions has launched a version of its ‘intelligent’ penetration technology, Cytovector, which fully complies with the Japanese standards for quasi-drugs ingredients. Cytovector QD is said to be as effective in delivering close to the cell technology as the original variant and is particularly recommended as a skin depigmentation and anti-ageing solution.
