The wait lists are open for 2026’s cohort of scroll-stopping advent calendars and beauty retailers and brands alike have gone big this year.

As a booming subsection of the festive gifting market, beauty advent calendars offer consumers a chance to stock up on sought-after products for a fraction of the price, with everyone from Space NK, Liberty and Boots, to Espa and Lush investing in this seasonal trend.

Beauty advent calendars have become so popular that they now sit behind chocolate as the second most popular calendar category, according to research by Ipsos, which also revealed that 40% of those aged 18-to-34 have purchased a cosmetics-focused calendar.

1. Space NK

British beauty retailer Space NK’s 2026 Advent Calendar includes more than £1,200 worth of products.

While details of the products are yet to be revealed, the advent calendar has been created with the environment in mind, using 100% recyclable, FSC certified paper and vegetable-based inks.

Space NK is building on the success of its beauty advent calendar offering last year, which sold out within 2.5 weeks.

2. Liberty London

Best beauty advent calendars for 2026: from fragrance to K-beauty

UK luxury department store Liberty’s 2026 Advent Calendar features 29 products sat behind 25 doors.

Worth more than  £1,300, the handpicked selection of beauty products have been selected directly from the store’s Beauty Hall, with a mix of skin care, make-up, bath,  body and wellbeing.
