PROCEDURE:
1. In main kettle, combine liquid portion of Sequence 1, disperse the Carbopol into vortex and mix with high RPM, until a smooth gel is formed.
2. Reduce speed to low, add Sequence 2, continue mixing until uniform.
3. Adjust pH to 5.5 - 6.0 with TEA, continue mixing on low speed until a smooth gel is formed.
4. Add Sequence 4, mix until spheres are uniform.
SPECIFICATIONS:
pH: 5.5 – 6.5
Viscosity: RVT/TD @ 3 rpm = 27,000 cps ± 10%
Stability: 1 Month at 50°C
