Byoma has named Tara Loftis as Global President and Chief Brand Officer.
The appointment marks the Gen Z skin care brand’s first C-suite hire since partnering with Bansk Group in September 2025.
Loftis joined the company earlier in January 2026 and will lead the brand’s global innovation, brand, marketing, science, and creative functions.
She joins from dermatological skin care company Galderma, which owns skin care brands Cetaphil and Alastin, where she served as Global President of Dermatological Skincare.
Loftis also spent a decade at Kendo Brands – an LVHM company – and helped build several brands from launch to global, including Fenty Beauty and Ole Henriksen.
Loftis said: “I am honoured to help lead Byoma on its journey to become the leading dermatological skincare brand for the next generation and beyond.
“Byoma has earned fierce loyalty through co-creation with the brand’s community, paired with an uncompromising commitment to clinically proven, barrier-first innovation and the belief that dermatological leadership is earned through proof, education, and trust.
“I am excited to help scale that momentum globally by expanding how we reach consumers while continuing to raise the bar on science, advocacy, and skin health.”
Marc Elrick, founder and CEO of Byoma, added: “We are incredibly proud to welcome Tara to Byoma.
“She is a generational leader whose creative instinct and commercial rigour have helped shape some of the most influential brands in modern beauty.
“As Byoma enters its next phase following our partnership with Bansk, Tara will play a defining role in shaping our long-term vision, expanding our global footprint, and building a brand that sets a new standard for the industry.
“Myself and the senior leadership team are excited to partner with Tara as we continue to push boundaries and reimagine what modern skincare can be.”
