Caroline O’Neill is the General Manager of L'Oréal UK, the world's largest beauty company. 

She has spent nearly 17 years at the French cosmetics giant and has worked her way up the career ladder from first joining the company's graduate scheme in 2006.  

"Early on in my career I got some feedback that said 'the way you add value is you are raw, totally ruleless and totally you'," O'Neill tells Cosmetics Business. 

Prior to L'Oréal, she studied International Business and Modern Languages at Strathclyde Business School in Wales.
