As the world of scent is impacted by new attitudes and technologies, changes are filtering through to some of the most fundamental aspects of fragrance.

A movement towards a more open celebration of synthetic ingredients is starting to gain momentum, not least for their ability to bring environmentally friendly credentials to perfume creation, but also for their role in producing some of the most natural-smelling scents.
