Chanel has landed actor Jacob Elordi as its new Bleu De Chanel fragrance Ambassador.

The Wuthering Heights, Saltburn and Euphoria star will feature in the luxury house’s new campaign for the fragrance, titled ‘Bleu De Chanel L’Exclusif’, which will be unveiled in May.

Elordi was chosen as the face of Bleu De Chanel for 2026 because “he has established himself as one of the most compelling actors of his generation”, read a statement by Chanel.

The 28-year-old actor is said to reflect a modern, “instinctive masculinity” and individuality over convention.

This is not Elordi’s first collaboration with Chanel, having previously appeared in the brand’s ‘See You at 5’ global campaign for Chanel N°5 in 2024, alongside actress and Brand Ambassador Margot Robbie.

“I have been following Jacob Elordi’s career for several years, since Euphoria,” said Thomas du Pré de Saint Maur, Head of Global Creative Resources, Fragrance & Beauty, Chanel.

“I first met him on the set of the ‘See You at 5’ film for [Chanel] N°5, in which he stars alongside Margot Robbie, and it was a revelation.

“He perfectly embodies Bleu De Chanel: expressing freedom, mystery, magnetism and a masculinity that blends modernity with a certain classic elegance.”

Elordi’s breakthrough role was in HBO drama Euphoria, where he played Nate Jacobs, a complex and unsettling character.

In 2023, he then appeared in the hit film Saltburn, directed by Emerald Fennell, and portrayed singer Elvis Presley in Sofia Coppola’s movie Priscilla.

More recently, he played Heathcliff in Emerald Fennell’s reimagining of Emily Brontë’s Wuthering Heights book, which launched earlier this year.

Commenting on his appointment, Elordi said: “Bleu De Chanel has strong ties to cinema.

“The filmmakers and actors who have collaborated with the house before me are people I deeply respect and admire.

“Being able to become part of this story is an honour.”
