Cosmetics Business Picks: 7 beauty launches to know this week

Charlotte Tilbury’s new lip-plumping lip gloss is available to pick up now in pink nude and brown berry-pink shades.

Patented Plumpgasm Heat and Ice Technology and hyaluronic acid feature in the formulation, which are said to provide a hydrating and plumping effect.

Lush’s limited edition Shrek bath collection is also out, including the Shrek Swamp Bath Bomb which features a blend of rhassoul mud, oakmoss and seaweed.
