This new facility increases production capacity by 94.4%, enabling the company to meet growing international demand and continue innovating in cosmetics with the highest quality standards.

But this opening goes beyond numbers: the company is literally opening the doors of its facilities, inviting visitors to explore every key area of a factory designed for the future.

The tour concludes in the logistics area — a storage centre designed to meet the global demand of clients such as Superdrug, Rossmann, and Boots. It comprises four rooms: one for storing raw materials, another with temperature control, and two spacious
dispatch areas that enable fast and efficient order preparation and shipment.

High industrial racking systems, which maximise the height of the warehouse space, allow for optimal organisation and thorough inventory control.

OFFICES: A SPACE FOR COLLABORATION

The new offices are designed to promote efficiency, communication, and employee well-being. Bright, open, and functional spaces seamlessly integrate technology and sustainability.

A SUSTAINABLE AND CIRCULAR FACTORY

Environmental commitment is present in every corner:

  • In-house production of osmotised water, reducing chemical use, transport emissions, and improving waste management.
  • Circular economy practices: recycling of plastic, cardboard, pallets, and waste through authorised handlers.
  • Installation of photovoltaic panels to boost energy efficiency.
  • Ongoing internal environmental training.

Thanks to these measures, Cosmewax has reduced its carbon footprint by 56.8% since 2018.
