UK Fragrance house CPL Aromas has expanded its foothold into the US market following the recent acquisition of the Hagelin Fragrance business. CPL Aromas has now announced the opening of its new premises in New Jersey, US and has expanded its workforce in line with the new business opportunities.


UK Fragrance house CPL Aromas has expanded its foothold into the US market following the recent acquisition of the Hagelin Fragrance business. CPL Aromas has now announced the opening of its new premises in New Jersey, US and has expanded its workforce in line with the new business opportunities.

The new site is expected to offer a quicker turnaround of fragrance production due to the fully equipped fragrance manufacturing set up. Likewise it will also allow for quicker delivery to the company’s North American clients. Other features of the new site include an expanded creative perfumery and applications laboratory.

The company has also expanded the sales and marketing team in this area, with Mr Nick Pickthall having overall responsibility for the US division as managing director CPL Aromas North America. Meanwhile CPL Aromas has also created new technologies such as Ecoboost, a new method of developing fragrances for various applications that vastly reduce the need for on pack labelling.
