What You’ll Do
- Manage production for print magazines: schedules, flatplans, artwork and supplier coordination.
- Oversee digital output, including newsletters, online content and client email promotions.
- Lead webinar production from planning through to live delivery.
- Maintain production calendars and keep projects on track across multiple brands.
- Work closely with editorial, design, sales and marketing teams.
- Handle client-supplied assets for sponsored content and email campaigns.
- Bring a positive, trouble-shooting attitude to the team
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in digital or print production (ideally both).
- Strong organisational and project-management skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere a bonus).
- Confidence managing artwork, specs and deadlines.
- Great communication and attention to detail.
- Bonus: experience with webinar platforms and G-Suite.
