Dior has unveiled a beauty suite at the 79th Cannes Film Festival, taking place in Cannes, France, from today.
The Riviera-inspired beauty suite at Hotel Barrière Le Majestic will host celebrity visitors heading to the event, which is one of the most prestigious in the film calendar.
Featuring soft white and sky-blue hues, the 350sqm space will offer bespoke skin care, make-up, hair, and grooming services ahead of appearances on the red carpet at the festival.
This will include looks created by Dior Backstage Pros using collections by Peter Philips, Dior Make-up’s Creative and Image Director.
Dior’s beauty suite will also offer hair styling with Dyson Beauty, including its Dyson Supersonic R hair dryer, under the direction of Dyson Ambassador Pierre Saint-Sever.
Massages and facial treatments will be on offer from Dior US House Ambassador Sarah Akram and Dior Global Wellness Expert Hadda Akrim.
Barber and Dior Sauvage Grooming Ambassador Brice Tchaga will be giving signature beard and hair grooming for men.
Visitors to Dior’s Cannes beauty suite in previous years include actresses Natalie Portman and Charlize Theron, as well as actor Robert Pattinson, who are longstanding ambassadors for Dior.
As well as nods to the beach resort location through stripes, the design of the suite features a gallery of characters dressed for a masked ball.
The iconic Dior Masquerade couture motif also gestures to the art of film costume design.
