Dossier, the US-based and French-inspired perfume brand, has named beauty veteran Stefano Curti as Executive Chairman.
The former Johnson & Johnson (J&J) and Coty executive will lead the fragrance brand’s newly established board of directors.
The move follows Dossier’s acquisition by US-based private equity firm American Pacific Group (APG) in April.
Founded in 2019, Dossier is known for its “designer-inspired” fragrances.
“I am thrilled and honoured to join Dossier,” said Curti.
“For years, I have applauded its growth, its unprecedented fragrance quality at fair prices, and its ability to build community and, ultimately, an extremely relevant, young, and cool brand.”
Curti is a more-than-two-decade veteran of the beauty industry, including roles at J&J, where he rose to Global President of its Beauty and Baby Divisions, and led brands such as Neutrogena, Aveeno and Clean & Clear.
At Coty, Curti was Global Chief Brands Officer from 2020 to 2025, overseeing marketing strategy and brand development for lines such as CoverGirl, Max Factor and Rimmel London.
Sergio Tache, CEO of Dossier, added: "I join the Dossier leadership team in saying that I could not be more excited to have Stefano as our Chairman.
“His experience building and operating global beauty brands is exactly what Dossier needs at our stage.
“Having his perspective and experience in the boardroom as we grow is a real turning point for us.”
