Both will continue to report directly to Stéphane de La Faverie, President and Chief Executive Officer, and remain members of ELC’s Executive Team.

“Transformation at ELC is not a moment in time or a project with an end date,” said de La Faverie.

“It is a part of our strategy and is how we operate. Consumer expectations continue to rapidly evolve, and we must keep changing with them.

De La Faverie added: “Franz and English have each played important roles in advancing our consumer-centric transformation, using technology, digital commerce, and strategic partnerships to help our brands reach consumers in more relevant and differentiated ways.

“Their expanded responsibilities recognise the deep digital transformation underpinning the company’s next phase of growth and will help us move faster, strengthen our One ELC operating model, and continue building the capabilities needed for the future.”

In his expanded role, Franz brings together initiatives focused on driving revenue and improving productivity, including the continued operationalisation of the company’s Enterprise Business Services programme.

According to ELC, he will advance the company’s transformation agenda by accelerating AI-enabled processes and building technology skills across the organisation.

In addition to his new responsibilities, Franz will continue to oversee the Technology, Data and Analytics function globally.

Since joining the company in April 2025, Franz has advanced its technology ecosystem, including a global partnership with Shopify to unify ELC’s omnichannel commerce foundation.

He also helped to launch ELC’s partnership with professional services company Accenture.

“Over the past 18 months, we have focused on building the technology-driven foundations that will enable the company’s future and, with that, have embedded an expectation among our team for constant evolution and improvement,” said Franz.

“How we work, make decisions, and ultimately serve our consumers will never be stagnant.

“Technology is one of the most powerful tools we have to make that evolution real, and I am excited to take on this expanded responsibility as we continue building a faster, simpler, and more connected company.”

English’s expanded role will see her lead ELC’s global Amazon business, currently spanning 13 brands across 11 markets.

Her goal is to accelerate digital growth and create greater connectivity across markets.

While continuing as President, Digital and Online, The Americas, she will oversee global consumer experience, creator commerce, cross-market sharing of best practices, and the company’s global partnership with Amazon.

English joined the company in December 2021 as Senior VP and GM, eCommerce, North America, and led the company’s entrance into Amazon Premium Beauty and TikTok Shop US.

English added: “Our work in The Americas has demonstrated what is possible when we combine strong brand building, differentiated consumer experiences, and the scale of digital commerce.

“Amazon has been an exceptional partner, and this expanded global remit gives us the opportunity to scale what we’ve learned across markets while continuing to create differentiated experiences for consumers around the world.”
