PROCEDURE:
1. Heat Sequence #1 to 75°C while mixing on overhead mixer with propeller blade at medium speed.
2. Heat Sequence #2 to 60°C and add to Sequence #1. Bring batch temperature back to 75°C.
3. Heat and melt Sequence #3 to 78°C until clear and add to batch on overhead mixer with propeller blade at medium/high speed. Hold temperature at 75°C.
4. At 75°C add premixed Sequence #4 and mix until uniform. Begin cooling batch.
5. At 35°C, add premixed Sequence #5 to batch and Sequence #6 ingredients one at a time.
6. Cool to 25°C.
