DESCRIPTION:
This light cleansing lotion features Orgasol® Pure to treat oily skin and to prevent clogged pores. Jojoba Wax Flakes provide a conditioned after-feel to the skin. Lipomulse® Luxe produces a stable emulsion at low pH with a very elegant skin feel.

PROCEDURE:
1. In the main kettle, combine Sequence #1 ingredients using propeller mixing and heat to 78-80˚C. Mix until uniform.
2. Heat Sequence #2 to 78-80˚C and mix well with propeller agitation. Then slowly add Sequence #2 to Sequence #1 with medium to high speed propeller mixing.
3. At 40-45˚C, add Sequence #3 to batch with propeller mixing.
4. Switch to Silverson homogenizer and mix at 4,000 rpm until homogeneous.
5. Switch back to propeller agitation and cool with mixing to 25˚C.
6. At 25˚C adjust pH to 3.6 – 3.8 using Sequence #4.

pH: 4.2 – 4.5
Viscosity: TF @ 0.6 rpm (helipath) = 8,600 cps ± 10%
Stability: 1 Month at 50°C
