PROCEDURE:
- In main vessel mix Sequence #1 with medium speed propeller stirring. Heat to 80°C. Hold 30 minutes.
- Slowly add premixed Sequence #2 while mixing at temperature. Hold 30 minutes.
- Start heating Sequence #3 while mixing. At 80°C add Sequence #3 to main vessel while mixing.
- Add Sequence #4 to main vessel. Start cooling while mixing.
- When temperature approaches 40°C slowly add Sequence #5 and Sequence #6 while mixing.
- Mix until homogeneous, shutdown when temperature reaches 32°C.
SPECIFICATIONS:
pH: 6.25-6.75Viscosity: TF @ 1.5 rpm: 275,960cps.
Stability: 1 month at 50°C
