DESCRIPTION:
This scalp protection shampoo contains Liponate® SB-50 for the protective attributes of shea butter. It leaves the scalp moisturized and the hair soft and conditioned.

PROCEDURE:
- Combine Sequence #1 ingredients in main vessel and heat to 75-80°C with propeller mixing.
- When Polyquaternium-10 is fully hydrated and clear, add Sequence #2 ingredients to main vessel and continue heating and mixing.
- When batch temperature is 75-80°C add Sequence #3 to main vessel. Hold at temperature while mixing for 5 minutes.
- With continued mixing, slowly cool the batch.
- When batch reaches 25°C add Sequence #4 , #5, and #6 with mixing, batch will thicken.

Viscosity: LV4 @ 1.5 rpm = 14,400 cps ± 10%
Stability: 1 month at 50°C
