MCoBeauty revives original All Nighter Setting Spray formula with Skindinavia after Urban Decay axe

The cult setting spray made by Skindinavia and previously produced with Urban Decay will now return as MCoBeauty’s All Dayer Setting Spray, with the same patented cooling technology and performance, plus a cheaper price tag

MCoBeauty is bringing back the original formula All Nighter Setting Spray with Skindinavia, after the original was axed by Urban Decay last year.

Skindinavia had produced All Nighter setting spray for Urban Decay for 15 years before the L’Oréal-owned make-up brand cut ties with the supplier last year and reformulated the cult product.

Now, MCoBeauty is partnering with Skindinavia to bring back the original setting spray, under a new name and with a lower price, but keeping the same formula, which has patented cooling technology.

Now called All Dayer, the setting spray will be available at superdrug.com, TikTok Shop and Amazon from 14 August.

All Dayer will be available at Superdrug stores across the UK from 9 September.

The original Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray, made with Skindinavia’s patented formula, was priced at £29.50 for a full-size 120ml bottle.

All Dayer, which is said to offer the same 16-hour hold and fine mist application, is priced at £15.

“For too long, the beauty industry has prioritised exclusivity over accessibility,” said Peter Stocks, CMO Europe at MCoBeauty.

“At MCoBeauty, we believe exceptional products should be available at a price point that is open to all.

“All Dayer is one of the clearest examples of that philosophy in action.

“By taking an original luxury formula that millions of consumers have trusted for years, but making [it] at a mass price point.

“It becomes a proof point to the MCoBeauty model; true luxury quality without the luxury price sting.

“This is not a dupe and it is not an inspired-by product.

“It is the original patented formula that millions of consumers have trusted for years, now made available at a price point that is more accessible to a wider audience.

“We are incredibly proud to partner with Skindinavia to bring back a product consumers genuinely love.

“Same formula. Same bottle. Same spray. Just under a new name.

“Our mission has always been to challenge luxury beauty pricing, and this launch proves consumers do not need to compromise on performance to pay less.”

MCoBeauty is known for its dupes of top brands such as Charlotte Tilbury, Sol de Janeiro and Glow Recipe.

The viral Australian-founded beauty brand has a ‘luxe for less’ ethos; however, its dupe-driven products have also attracted lawsuits as well as shoppers.
